The right to deny a CARICOM National recognition for the purpose of conducing gainful economic activity if the Services Provider certificate is found to be invalid or not authentic. The right to verify the validity or authenticity of any contract/letter of invitation extension used as the basis for application for an extension of stay |
To treat authorised services providers from CSME Member States no less favourably than nationals of the receiving country or those from any other country | ||
