Welcome to the Consumer Product Incident Reporting System of CARICOM.
This special system provides you with the possibility to report to the authorities about problems you experience as a consumer when purchasing and using products that prove to be dangerous to your health or your safety.
You are invited to use this form to provide any useful information that will allow the authorities to investigate the problem you have experienced.
